LoanLens LLC ("LoanLens," "we," "us," or "our") operates loanlens.io for licensed mortgage loan officers. Contact: jon@loanlens.io.

Information We Collect

You provide directly:

• Account info (name, email, password)
• LO profile (NMLS number, phone, brokerage name)
• Client profiles (name, contact info, financial inputs)
• Credit simulation inputs (FICO estimate, balances, derogatory items)

Collected automatically: log data (IP, browser, timestamps), usage data (features, simulations, PDFs), authentication via Clerk.

We do NOT collect: credit reports (no hard or soft pull), Social Security numbers, or demographic information for any credit decisioning purpose.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Services, generate simulations and Roadmap PDFs, send transactional emails, authenticate accounts, comply with law, and improve scoring models using aggregated de-identified data.

Client Data

You are responsible for obtaining client consent before entering their data, complying with ECOA, FCRA, and applicable state law. LoanLens processes client data as your service provider and does not market directly to your clients.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers (Clerk, Railway, Resend, Anthropic — all contractually bound), for legal compliance, or in a business transaction.

Retention and Export

Data retained while your account is active. Export anytime via Account Settings → Export Data. To delete your account: jon@loanlens.io.

Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. Use a strong unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights

Access and export your data through the platform. California residents may have additional CCPA rights. Contact jon@loanlens.io.

Children

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes.
